I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician and have received extensive training in assessing and treating trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. I utilize my training in CBT, IPT and Sensorimotor techniques to help people better understand their struggles, process feelings, and successfully navigate through life's challenges and transitions.
I am passionate about helping mothers and their families navigate their reproductive journey, including anticipation, adjustment to motherhood, and process feelings when things don't go as expected.
