A restorative group for women who've experienced Shame, Violation, Harm, Abuse, Powerlessness, or Betrayal--Emotionally, Spiritually, Sexually, or Relationally. A place to explore and process the impact of trauma and journey toward healing. Learn coping skills, receive whole-person care, and discover restoration. Sexual Trauma Restoration Group for women
Sexual Trauma Restoration Group is for women who have experienced sexual betrayal, shame, or violation. This is a virtual group, which is best for those who have some grounding and are ready for restoration (not acute trauma). This group will incorporate spirituality, and is best for those who have some sense of spiritual belief in God/Higher Power, even if you are struggling with faith. We will start with strengthening & nature of trauma, then focus on the damage of sexual trauma & the process of restoration. Taking interest for next group start. Day and start date TBA.

Journeys up a mountain are so much more manageable when you have others supporting, encouraging, struggling together, and sharing in the process with you. A group for caring for body, mind, and emotions and being connected in the midst of life's challenges. A positive space to just be real and get support.
