Through the years, I have grown a passion for helping first responders/veterans and their families as they navigate through those unique waters.
I focus most on solution focused therapy where we look at solutions and a preferred future verses the problems. Using this approach my goal is to help you recognize your inner strengths and goals. Most importantly, the goal is to bring hope to you in your time of distress or exploration.
