I strive to create a space where clients can come and speak without fear and judgment about their greatest challenges and aspirations in a confidential environment. As a professional practitioner I find that I am extremely effective with people trying to wear multiple hats in life; managing work and family, coping with chronic illness and balancing professional aspirations, trying to reclaim your sexual identity while being an engaged parent or partner.

I pride myself on being a truth teller while still maintaining warmth, compassion and humor with clients. I often hear from my clients they feel they can come into sessions with any issue and not be judged. My strengths lie in fostering curiosity, and encouraging clients to befriend their "shadow self" to decrease judgment and increase compassion.

I specialize in relational issues, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I offer sex positive, multicultural, feminist and queer affirming therapy. I integrate relational, psychodynamic, Sensorimotor, EMDR and IFS modalities, amongst others to meet individual needs. Together, we can build a confidential space to deepen curiosity, connection and understanding.
