Howdy, I'm Natalia and I'm a relational trauma therapist working at the intersections of culture, power, and personhood. I am honored to help adults overcome experiences of trauma and cultural oppression to reclaim their peace, power and pleasure. Over time, I have expanded into working with couples to cultivate connection, play and pleasure. I am especially passionate about supporting survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, poly/kink communities, and indigenous and immigrant peoples.
As a relational trauma therapist, my work integrates attachment-oriented, culturally responsive, trauma therapy. I utilize DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, and Sex Therapy to work with individuals and couples to disentangle themselves from prior relational wounds and cultivate a life they wish to lead.
