Hi, I'm Natalia and I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have a speciality in working with those who struggle with substance use, those who are sober curious, and partners of those struggling with substance abuse. I come from the perspective that through life's challenges (challenging relationships, grief, trauma, etc.), we start to second guess ourselves. In my work with client's, we begin by building a strong relationship and developing a space for you to explore those intrusive thoughts, anxious worries, and internal dialogue.
I use a variety of different techniques, tailored to your individual needs. One theory or approach, does not fit all. I help my clients increase self-esteem, gain insight into patterns that aren't working so great, and gain trust in themselves.
I use humor and a relaxed approach that allows you to have a space where you can simply, be you. Therapy is about just that, creating a space that allows you to find your way back to self-confidence, joy, and emotional vulnerability. The hope is that through the work in therapy, that the things that matter most in your life get better as a byproduct.
