If you were not validated and affirmed in childhood, you may hold beliefs about yourself that are totally not true! I understand in so many ways what guilt and shame can do.

We will work together to uncover and rediscover the person you truly are today. You will feel more whole, once again, and be grateful for so many strengths you possess! Now is the time to make these necessary changes, because YOU matter. Hope is possible, and being heard is vital. Life is short and you can thrive rather than just survive.
