Beginning OCTOBER 13th, a five-week support group for teens struggling with body image and/or disordered eating. Join us in exploring important themes surrounding food, body, and diet culture in a therapeutic group setting. We will address body image, self-talk, social media, good foods vs. bad foods and respect for our bodies.
