Life changes sometimes are forced on us and make it extremely difficult to maintain our current level of functioning. Such events could include the loss of a loved one, a pet, a coveted profession, a marriage or another important relationship. In the Grief Recovery group we will discuss our losses and work to identify healthy coping mechanisms to reestablish an accepting outlook on what our new normal will include.
