Hello, I’m Dr. Nancy Han, Licensed Psychologist in California. Life is a series of changes and transitions which can create roadblocks in our path. My practice provides a safe space for self-reflection and empowerment to make meaningful changes. I work with individuals and emerging adults struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, histories of trauma, grief and loss, and other life hurdles. In addition, I work with teens/children on the unique challenges of juggling life as a student and aide in giving them a voice to effectively communicate the struggles and parents/guardians to help understand their child’s feelings.
My practice offers an opportunity for introspection wherever one might be in their journey. With empathy and direct clear goals, we will work on the maladaptive coping habits and finding more productive avenues and coping techniques. By tailoring a plan specifically for you, we will break down the larger goals into more manageable steps.
