Working as a psychotherapist has been the greatest privilege of my life. I feel honored to bear witness to my client's life story and be a part of their journey to make positive and meaningful changes. I have worked with children, couples, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual issues and attachment disorders. I have experience utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy(EFT), and Psychodynamic therapy.

I strongly believe that therapy should be tailored to each unique individual and their needs. I utilize a holistic and strength-based approach as my goal is to help clients tap into their innate resilience and move toward healing.
