I am a queer relationship, individual, and sex therapist. I offer a collaborative, hands-on approach to therapy. I primarily focus on serving the LGBTQIA2+ community, women, non-binary, and genderfluid folks, those looking for increased connection in their relationships, those who want to explore their sexuality and enrich their sexual selves. I also enjoy working with folks through life transitions, creating healthy attachments, and setting boundaries. I recognize that it takes a lot of courage to start therapy. I aim to provide a space for you to feel genuinely heard, understood, and seen no matter what you are dealing with.
My training includes a wide range of therapy models, and I intentionally tailor each of our sessions to your unique needs. I use trauma-informed, experiential individual and relational models in our work together and I specialize in sex and relationship therapy. I often blend IFS, Somatic, EFT, Gottman, and Sex therapy techniques to support our work.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel whole, integrated, and deeply connected to themselves, their loved ones, and their communities. A connected mind, body, and relationship with others is critical in order to usher relief, joy, and pleasure into our lives and to help balance the struggles of daily life.
