I am a Resident in Counseling and Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy who is passionate about working with families, kids, couples, and individuals in an effort to meet personal goals, heal from past traumas, and thrive in the day-to-day by using a mix of creative, strengths-based, playful, trauma-informed, and individualized interventions.
