I believe in meeting each client where they are at currently & taking time to understand each person’s unique story. You may come to a spot where you feel stuck in your story and unable to move forward. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, weighed down, or having difficulty connecting with others. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for client's to participate in healing conversations. This space starts with a therapeutic relationship built on trust and acceptance, no matter who you are or what you are going through.

As a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, I have experience working with adolescents & adults from a wide variety of backgrounds. I have experience with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, adjustments, mood disorders, career concerns, relationships concerns, self-esteem, stress management, & the LBGTQIA+ population.

I believe in using a variety of theories and techniques tailored to each individual's personality and unique set of needs - including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
