Our therapists have your success as their top priority. We offer individual, family, and relationship therapy. We work with each client individually to determine their goals and to find the approach that best suits your needs. We do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
Using a wide variety of techniques, from experiential therapies such as sandplay and psychodrama to more rational therapies like CBT, we help our clients explore their own needs and desires both rationally and emotively. We provide an open and safe environment for a variety of individuals, some of whom may even have conflicting identities within themselves.
Therapy has been proven to be more effective when you feel like you have a good connection with your therapist, and each of our therapists has unique specialties and approaches. Weekly Group for Partners of TGNB Individuals
As a partner of a TGNB individual, do you often find yourself with questions that are not easily answered by asking peers or browsing the internet? You may feel isolated or confused about how to understand a partnership that is normal but not common. We will cover topics like: guilt/shame, fear, communication, identity, codependency, validating and invalidating feelings, gender & mental health, and gender expression vs. gender identity.
