How is your mind, body, and spirit today? How frequently have you been doing things that mean something? I work individually with all adults who struggle with unresolved trauma, addiction, body issues, grief and loss, traumatic stress, family issues, life transitions, dating and relationship issues, and all relationship lifestyles. I am a LGBTQ affirming therapist and support transgender and gender questioning clients. In supervision since 2016 licensed since 2019 and I have worked in the field since 2012. I am passionate about this work and believe therapy can be a deep and powerful experience with professional guidance.
My specialty focuses on adults that are experiencing a variety of emotional issues. My background is focused on trauma, healing complex family systems, addressing relationship issues and helping explore identity and how your mind, body and spirit can be in an authentic relationship. I offer in person sessions at this time.
My therapeutic style is based on respect, safety, connection, empathy, and curiosity. I believe we each have a collection of stories that make us different. I want to honor your journey and help you work through feelings and fears. We will take time together to discover and decide therapy goals together. Therapy should be a collaborative process!
