My passion is serving those in SLO community and promoting meaningful change and healing in the individuals I treat. I honor the vulnerability and courage it takes to begin therapy. My goal is to help you discover a life of balance, authenticity, and happiness. As a LMFT with 15 years experience, I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to treat relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief/loss.I particularly enjoy working with children, teens, college students, and women. To promote change, I take a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy which empowers individuals and instills hope.
I strive to create a calming, respectful, and safe space for you to work through difficult situations and heal emotional wounds. We'll discuss how to manage symptoms, develop greater self-awareness and acceptance, foster resiliency, and promote a more balanced mood.
