I feel privileged to be a part of my clients' journeys. We will work together collaboratively, searching for what gives you meaning and purpose, what changes you'd like to make in your life, and find ways to get there.

I'm here to truly see the real you, and be a container for your words, thoughts, and emotions; that is how I can best begin to help you make the changes you'd like to make in your life. We may discover traumas or adverse life events from your past and work on them with evidence-based EMDR therapy and Flash Technique, CBT etc.

I work mainly with issues around anxiety, panic, stress, depression, bipolar, trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, inattention/ADHD, career and life transitions, self-esteem, finding purpose and meaning.
