I work from an antiracist, body positive, social justice, LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. You will find I am not afraid to laugh or cry with you in your journey. I use humor and kindness through all of my sessions, as this is the authentic part of me I share with you.

I lean toward theories that operate from a place of optimism and hope; that place emphasis on strengths and resilience and that offer the ability to address the past as a means for understanding the present.
