I have experience with varying levels of trauma, specifically sexual and religious, and work well with individuals who identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and empaths. I am clinically trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused (SAFE) EMDR and Constructed Awareness. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
