I have over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive DBT in various settings. In my private practice, I use DBT skills, CBT, Prolonged Exposure, and Mindful Self-Compassion to inform my evidence-based approach. I hold a Master's of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from George Washington University.
