My ideal client hasn't had things be super easy for them. Having to deal with health issues or not being accepted by friends or family for your gender/sexuality adds another challenge on navigating life. Working together using holistic somatic approaches like Brainspotting and EMDR I want to provide you with a safe, affirming and non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow from harmful life experiences. Collaboratively we can work toward your goals using trauma informed interventions in individual counseling sessions.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years experience. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Brainspotting and use tools from PET and DBT informed care. I enjoy working with adults with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and chronic pain/illness, grief/loss and trauma. I enjoy working with other therapists, veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My practice is named Misfits Regrowth. Misfit: a person who is not accepted by a particular group of people, especially because their behavior/ideas are different.
