I work with tweens, teens, parents and individual adults who are struggling with overwhelming worry, sadness, and stress. Whether because of past traumas, neurodivergence, or feeling like you're not quite sure who you are, I can help figure out what’s getting in the way. I support kids and their parents in learning how to manage difficult emotions, friendships and behaviors, while nurturing connection and joy. I support teens and adults in finding their voice, feeling confident, and discovering the strengths that have helped them get this far while envisioning a future that feels authentic and aligned with who they want to be.
I believe healing happens in relationship with others, so I prioritize creating a welcoming and comfortable space where my clients feel listened to and cared for. I use crafts and games to engage with kids and teens. I have a personal and conversational style with all of my clients while challenging them to be in-tune with their thoughts, emotions and needs.
Seeking help can be hard, and you’ve already taken the first step. If you think I might be a good fit for you or your loved ones, call or message me to schedule a free consultation. I’m currently offering in-person sessions at my Downtown Edmonds office as well as Telehealth for residents of Washington State.
