I approach my work through a trauma lens. My training in EMDR helps me take a good history of difficult and traumatic experiences in your life, in an effort to help make sense of the past so that it no longer controls the present. My background in DBT helps me provide practical tools you can use to better manage intense emotion and spiraling thoughts.
