Anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, and spiritual practice are my specialities. I'm credentialed by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies to provide CBT, and I also use other evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based therapies.
