I specialize in working with teens, young adults and women experiencing depression, anxiety and stress related to an evolving identity, family and relationship issues, motherhood and body acceptance. I am passionate about supporting my clients in maintaining healthy boundaries, nurturing self compassion and confidence and overcoming past trauma.
