I am a depth centered trauma psychotherapist that specializes in healing from trauma, anxieties, and abuse. I utilize somatic, psychoanalytic, Internal Family Systems, and person centered models as we work through all the ways we feel not ok. I specialize in ERP and DBT for anxiety disorders. Together we will explore your life and stories and create space to deepen your connection to your inner world, give meaning to past experiences, transform thinking patterns, calm and quiet the anxieties of your body and mind, and explore new styles of being and relating.
I offer Telehealth and in person sessions located at my wellness/retreat center in Rockport, WA. I specialize in working with teens, but have clients of all ages. Families, individuals, and children 6+ are all welcome and a free 20 min introductory session is available to see if it is a good fit.
I believe our own life experiences are the best teacher. They whisper to us what is going on beneath our surfaces, and shows us the way back to ourselves. A life looked at from love, and not fear, is a compassionate and full life - and one that I think everyone can have access to.
