As a therapist, my ultimate goal is for you to have a healing experience through somatic work and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) so you can live a healed and fulfilled life.
I specialize in working with clients with depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, and overcoming trauma. I am EMDR trained to assist you in building emotional awareness and letting go of the past.
