If you want to work on your relationship, but your partner doesn't want to do couples therapy, you've come to the right place. While many therapists will work with both of you as a pair, I'm a therapist who does individual relationship work with women. I'm here for you if you're wanting to repair your relationship, but find yourself doing that work alone without your partner's support. I don't want you to suffer and feel stuck just because your partner isn't ready to do therapy with you. You may wonder if talking about your relationship issues on your own without your partner will actually help and it absolutely can.

Therapy is your time to say anything you haven't felt ready to share yet with your partner. Sharing those things on your own without worrying about judgement is freeing. Also, many people have experienced trauma in their past that then impacts their relationship. I will help you understand the connection between your past and the present so you can heal.

I've seen time and time again how individual relationship work helps my clients get the clarity and insight they need to move forward.
