Life is filled with ups and downs. Sometimes we all need a little help when things get tough. I have made it my life's work to help people. I focus my work on building trust, acceptance and empathy. I believe that since we are all unique it is important to use a variety of techniques and theories to help you reach your goals. I have spent 32 years in education with 13 of those years as a licensed professional counselor. Evening/weekend availability! Accepting new clients.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people on their journey. I also have experience in education. It has been my privilege to provide services on topics such as grief, divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma and self- esteem. I enjoy working with all ages and helping to bring healing through difficult times.
