Life can be rewarding and challenging. There are times when we can all use some help navigating stressors. I am a psychologist, but first and foremost, I am human and I deeply empathize with Individuals who present with psychological struggles. My ideal client is age 18-35, searching for meaning and purpose, looking for guidance managing stress and/or psychological symptoms associated with adulting; including but not limited to: managing family, job or relationship stress, navigating transitions in life, making career choices, or working through grief or trauma.
I strive to create an inviting therapeutic environment where my clients will feel safe sharing their experiences. My goal is to assist clients in finding or enhancing meaning and purpose in their lives. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety. I am bilingual English/Spanish.
