Combining revolutionary techniques such as brainspotting with traditional talk therapy, we will connect with the hurt parts of yourself. Once we're able to release festering feelings and help emotional wounds heal, you will be able to live in the present. You can learn to expand your emotional container so life feels lighter and more manageable.
