Hello! My name is Michele Meyers and I am a psychologist that has been practicing for 25 years. My focus has been weight loss, anxiety, depression and binge/emotional eating. The techniques I have found successful are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused and Person Centered Therapy. I believe in working with the whole person and setting realistic goals that are achievable. I wish to motivate you from within so that you are ready to live a more balanced life. My goal is to provide a positive, nurturing environment.
