I have a range of experience working with all populations, but specialize with youth, adolescents and young adults. I am skilled in various techniques, like CBT, but can also offer a more relaxed or blended approach, depending on my individual client's needs.
I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment to help you move forward from whatever you're currently battling.
