Sometimes, it is difficult to think about how much effort it would take for us to turn things around, leading to an overwhelming sense of helplessness and lack of direction. Common symptoms like depression, excessive worry, addiction, or lack of motivation slowly envelop us and it is hard to know where to turn.
We will work to identify the most appropriate path to helping you reconnect to yourself & those around you; to discover & tap into a life that you are excited to live. Through existential exploration, experiential exercises, and acquiring skills around social and emotional health, you will realize the power you already possess to create the life you choose.
