As the founder and owner of Therapy Insights Practice, I take pride in leading a practice that prioritizes empathy, inclusivity, and forward-thinking in the realm of psychotherapy. Since establishing the practice in 2017, my focus has been on creating a supportive, client-centered environment where every individual receives exceptional care. With a broad background in various therapeutic modalities- my interventions include a mix of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focus and I incorporate many skill based techniques in group facilitation and couples therapy. I bring a comprehensive approach to treating trauma, couples counseling, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
For new clients I offer free 15-minute consultations to discuss individual needs and ensure the right fit. These consultations give clients the opportunity to explore their goals and learn more about how Therapy Insights can support their personal growth and mental health journey.
