Anxiety Management Group
This group will focus on helping people to cope better with anxiety. Individuals who have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder are all welcome, as are those who are struggling to manage daily anxiety and stress more effectively. The group will be supportive and psycho-educational in nature, and methods of coping with anxiety more effectively will be emphasized.

Topics to be discussed and explored include: fear of abandonment, self-image issues, codependency, emotional instability as a result of relationship status, communication strategies, etc. A closed group of approximately 7-10 individuals is desired.
