My name is Michael Braxton and for the past 15 years, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, incarceration, substance use, and grief and loss. I also help building you build skills to manage anxiety and emotional responses. I will teach you mindfulness meditation and deep breathing to help you gain practical, helpful tools.
