GLEE choir is a collaborative weekly music therapy program for adults with special needs to share their love for music in a fun and safe environment, while also working on a variety of goals such as building self-esteem, expressing emotions, social skills, making friends and social integration to name a few. Participants are given an equal opportunity to express themselves through music, playing instruments, song writing, choosing their favorite songs to sing, and learning basic (fun) choreography. Rock Band is a collaborative weekly music therapy program for teens & adults with neurodiverse needs that provides opportunity for each member to express their unique individual voice by sharing their love for music in a fun and safe environment while working on a variety of therapeutic goals. Participants are given equal opportunities to express themselves and work collaboratively to create a rock band from start to finish! Music in Recovery - Virtual Eating Disorder Group
Music in Recovery is a weekly virtual music therapy program for individuals in the community living with an eating disorder that desire connection and support in their recovery. We provide a safe space where you can check in, support and uplift one another through the power of music. Our therapist Francesca is passionate about supporting individuals with eating disorders and is in recovery herself and knows first hand how hard recovery can be after treatment and in the community. You are not alone! Participants will be given an equal opportunity to express themselves through music, song writing, singing favorite songs, lyrics analysis and more!
