Trained in the Oaklander model of play therapy, I use sand tray, imagery, games, and expressive arts with clients of all ages. As a former elementary school teacher, I understand many aspects of the IEP process. Clients I see experience CPTSD, life transition issues, anxiety and overwhelm, and depression. I offer a safe, receptive and inclusive space for clients to explore the innate wisdom of body, mind, and soul and work through the experiences that feel the most challenging. Together, we can address emotional challenges such as disconnection, loneliness, lack of joy, and disassociation.

I work with individuals who experience high levels of stress, negative self-talk, and who often feel emotionally dysregulated. I specialize in working alongside clients from the LGBTQIA+ communities to navigate systemic and personal conflict, stigma, and oppression.

I utilize psychodynamic and artistic-based trauma-informed care to provide a safe container for processing what is holding you back. My work involves dream exploration, internal family systems, and cultural integration in supporting you in your journey toward self-growth, transformation, and a fuller life.
