I also enjoy supervising LSW's to help them become skilled and well balanced therapists.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also work with couples and families to build positive communication and understanding. I use a Strengths-Based Approach utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other evidence-based approaches.
