I have direct experience working with families, groups, and individuals. I have a passion for Perinatal Mental Health. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, and Trauma Recovery. All of my therapy sessions are held on a secure online platform. This allows you to have therapy in the comfort of your own space and be able to access therapy from anywhere in Indiana.
My therapy approach draws from several theoretical orientations, is client centered and based on the belief that every individual is unique. I have experience in using a wide range of modalities from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment therapy), Mindfulness, and Trauma Recovery based approaches.
Reaching out for help can be scary. Regardless of any human condition, characteristic, or circumstance when you meet with me you will be respected and honored as a human being.
