As a therapist, I approach my work with a reverence for the uniqueness of each individual’s experience. It is my hope to create a therapeutic relationship based on compassion and trust, while providing a warm, non-judgmental space for clients. My style is grounding, patient, and contemplative. I draw from various approaches to meet each client's needs. I additionally enjoy integrating elements of mindfulness and humor into my practice. I am invested in helping clients to enhance their relationships with themselves and others, and to help clients to live in a way that is aligned with their values.
Much of my experience has been centered around adult members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals who practice consensual non-monogamy.
