I enjoy teenagers and adults from all backgrounds, and I'm enthusiastic about helping clients achieve success in all areas of life. Life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress can get in the way of living a fulfilling life. I believe each person, regardless of age, has personal strengths that can be utilized to fulfill their dreams. Clients recognize my office as a safe and calm place to express thoughts and receive a nonjudgmental response. I am happy to work with individuals, couples, and families to achieve their goals. I'm also passionate about school counselors pursuing their LPC license.
I utilize techniques from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, and creative arts to empower people to accomplish their goals and pursue their dreams, until therapy is no longer needed. My specialty includes 15 years of experience working with children and teens in schools. LPC Interns can contact me for experienced supervision in school counseling.
I currently have daytime appointments available only. Understanding that life can be hectic, I offer secure video counseling in case traveling to the office is inconvenient.
