This group is for men and women who are seeking peer support, connection, and personal growth to help explore emotions, relationships and stressors related to going through or are divorced . This group will provide space to enhance self understanding and feelings of connectedness and belongingness, along with space to share experiences with the process and changes associated with divorcing.

We provide an ongoing, interpersonal process group informed by Internal Family Systems IFS therapy which are ideal for clients seeking connection and deeper understanding of themselves and others. This group is specifically for women who do not have children whether by circumstance or by choice. As this is a process group, conversation will not be limited to but may include exploring feelings and experiences related to the unique experiences of women without children-- the impact on relationships, self-esteem, work/family life balance, feelings of loss and meaning/purpose in life, among other topics.
