Life is full of ups and downs. There are times when it may feel like it's all too much to handle on your own. If you have suffered enough you are not alone, I am here to hold space for you. I work with clients who may be dealing with general mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the concerns at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

I treat clients with a holistic approach. I support clients who are motivated to develop practices of creating wellness by breaking negative patterns and healing from their past through working with the mind and the body. I have 17 years of experience in my yoga practice and extend this expertise to clients. I am also a certified yoga teacher since 2014.

My expectation for you is to leave your sessions with hope because you are enhancing your effectiveness in dealing with an array of life's struggles. My mission is to support you on your unique journey.
