Welcome to my practice! I am a board certified clinical psychologist with over 20 years in practice and specialize in depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and relationship issues. I support clients in navigating life transitions such as existential, trauma, relational issues. Together we will explore how past experiences shape your current thoughts, emotions and behavior and work towards your goals for change, meaning making and finding renewed purpose, connection, and vitality.
My overall approach to therapy is humanistic/integrative. I provide EMDR therapy and couples therapy from Relational Life Therapy perspective. I am a fellow in thanatology (death education and counseling) and specialize in loss and grief. I also have a MA in Bioethics and specialize in medical issues and moral/ethical conflicts.
