I use traditional and other modalities such as EMDR and for trauma (Physical, Emotional, Sexual and Birth Trauma), anxiety, depression, grief, self-worth and PTSD. Using evidence-based methods like the Gottman and EFT techniques, I help improve relationships and foster personal growth.
With over 14 years of experience in mental health and my personal experiences, I bring unique depth to my practice, allowing me to connect deeply with clients and provide empathetic, effective support.
