I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adults and young adults experiencing OCD, and related anxiety spectrum disorders. In addition to CBT, I incorporate principles and modules of Mindfulness & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to fit each individual's needs. Therapy can be a pathway to freedom from the suffering that keeps our lives restricted and unfulfilled.
