Tween Girl's Group
This ongoing, weekly group provides a safe space for middle school girls to explore what is meaningful and brings purpose to their lives. The group is a process group and also includes friendship, assertive communication, and self compassion skills.

Mindful Self-Compassion Course
This 8-week course which meets weekly for 1.25 hours via zoom, tweens, teens engage in developmentally appropriate activities and carefully crafted practices and meditations, which provide them with the opportunity to learn how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with greater ease. Backed by research, findings indicate increases in emotional well-being and greater resilience after taking the course. Group Fee for the entire 8 week program: $480.00
